Stephanie O’Hara, M.Ed., is a somatic coach, trauma-informed educator, and embodied healing practitioner who specializes in nervous system regulation. She helps women in life transitions reconnect with their bodies so they can reclaim their voice, their power, and remember who they really are. For nearly a decade, she has guided transformational retreats and experiences designed to help women move out of survival mode and into presence, vitality, and self-trust.

Informed by both professional training and lived experience, Stephanie draws on trauma-informed somatic practices—including movement, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation—to create spaces where women can safely release old patterns of disconnection and step into a more authentic and empowered way of living. She is an advanced-year student in the 3 year Somatic Experiencing® professional training program.
